There's no doubt it has been a good week for FC Porto. Sergio Conceição's team beat RB Leipzig in the Dragon Stadium this Wednesday (November 1st). However, one of Porto's key players, Moussa Marega suffered from a hamstring injury. Soares and Otavio are still recovering. Danilo Pereira is suspended (5th yellow card in Liga Nos) and he's are also suffering from a foot injury.

Porto received Belenenses on October 4th. In the first half, the game wasn't easy for both sides. There was a lot of pressure from Belenenses on Porto's forwards. Many goals attempts were defended thanks to Belenenses brilliant goalkeeper Muriel Becker. Belenenses made it clear that they came to the Dragon Stadium to win. Domingos Paciência's team kept attacking and taking advantage of lost balls on every occasion possible. However, Herrera's goal in the 42 minutes made matters worse for Belenenses. Five minutes extra times were added because Belenenses player Bouba Sare needed medical assistant three times.  Bouba Sare was substituted in the 31 minutes by Bruno Pererienha.

The 2nd half, Belenenses became more dangerous. They were attacking well and defending well. Things got a bit frustrating for Porto. With many dangerous attempts from Belenenses, one goal win wasn't doing it for Porto. Jesus Corona came in substituting Hernani in the 60 minutes. Gelano took the place of Brahimi and Andre Andre was substituted for Sergio Oliveira in the 76 minutes. Porto's players had a lot of dangerous attempts, but they were clearly tired and overworked. Finally, a great pass from Herrera to Aboubaker in the 90 minutes secured the win for Porto and secured Aboubaker's place as the Leauge's top scorer.

FC Porto Midfielder Hector Herrera and Belenenses goalkeeper Muriel Becker have definitely stood out. Belenenses is in the 7th place with 16 points. They still haven't lost a single game in their own stadium. Their next match is home against Chaves on the November 24th. As for Porto, they are still holding the number one spot. On the 19th of November, they'll play Portimonense at home for Taça de Portugal and then on the November 21st, they are facing Besiktas out for the Champions Leauge group stage.

There's a two-week pause for the national teams.
